Kayak & Gear Delivery
Alaska Boat and Kayak Center offers transportation anywhere on the Juneau road system by car and trailer, and to points beyond by boat. Rate depends on distance and the number of boats being transported. Popular delivery destinations via the Juneau road system are Mendenhall Lake, Echo Cove, Amalga Harbor, Auke Lake, Sheep Creek, North Douglas boat ramp, Douglas boat harbor, and the downtown Juneau pier. Sample delivery rates:
$50 roundtrip to transport two kayaks plus gear from kayak shop to Mendenhall Lake
$75 roundtrip to transport two kayaks plus gear from kayak shop to Adventure Bound Dock
$150 roundtrip to transport two kayaks plus gear from kayak shop to North Douglas
$100 roundtrip to transport two kayaks plus gear from kayak shop to Amalga Harbor
$150 roundtrip to transport two kayaks plus gear from kayak shop to Echo Cove

Not sure what to do or where to go while in Juneau? Ask us, we are locals! We specialize in trip planning assitance for visitors arriving by cruise ship, air, or ferry. We charge $50/hour for trip planning assistance, however, we will waive the trip planning fee if you book a trip with us.
